Immediate payment is required. Our secured automated payment process will allow you to pay by PAYPAL or credit card. ALL payments must be from a a VALID UPS receivable address.

Shipping Procedure and requirements :

UPS ground is used by default. Some orders may require a signature by the recipient upon delivery from UPS. Please make sure you are available to receive your package or make arrangements with UPS to pick up at UPS HUB. We reserve the right to determine the best method of shipment for parts that cannot be shipped via UPS. There is no overnight or express delivery, all orders are processed in the order they are received. Expidited processing can be arranged BEFORE the auction on a case by case basis for an additionional $10.00. This will speed up the "PROCESSING" of your order NOT the shipping.
We receive many orders daily. Many are ahead of yours. Once you have clicked the buy it now and the paid for your item, your order goes "IN LINE" to be processed, assigned a tracking number and shipping label, picked and packed from the warehouse floor, and finally, your package goes through our 3 point inspection process to ensure that your order is accurate and packged extremely well, and THEN it get's shipped via UPS GROUND from Chicago. Once your order is ON THE UPS TRUCK (Not once you pay for it) it will take anywhere from 1-4 Business days (M-F - NO Weekends) to arrive at your door. We do our best to get your order "Out the door" quickly and safely, we then supply you with a tracking number, after that, it is OUT OF OUR HANDS and is up to UPS. Please remember, you are not our ONLY customer, we have THE BEST prices, the BEST service, THE BEST parts, so we can get a little busy. The safest thing to do is to order the parts ahead of time, NOT wait until it brakes!

NO SHIPMENTS TO PO BOX ADDRESS. We do NOT ship "OUTSIDE" of the continental
United States, You must have a U.S. VALID UPS receivable, PAYPAL Confirmed and VERIFIED
ADDRESS for payment and shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER!!!!
We will NOT ship to 3rd party addresses. We will not ship to ANY other address other than the one provided with your paypal or Credit Card payment at the time of purchase and that address MUST be a VALID and CURRENT, U.S. UPS receivable address that is CONFIRMED AND
VERIFIED by Paypal (Our Payment Processor). PLEASE make sure that your information is CURRENT. Non paying bidder will be filed for refunds due to uncomfirmed or invalid addresses.

Return Procedure

All returns must be approved first within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. No returns are accepted AFTER 48 hours of receipt of merchandise whatsoever, or without FINAL approval first. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Return Policy

Within 48 hours of receiving your order from the Warehouse you may return any wrong part(s). You must contact us prior so we can assist you. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your order from the Warehouse. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. Customer is responsible for providing ACCURATE vehicle information prior to purchase. We do not warantee any product. Only the Manufacturer can warantee thier product based on thier respective terms. We are a RESELLER and NOT a manufacturer.

Please Note: Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, and Auto Body Parts are not returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

All returns, including returns due to remorse, refusal of delivery, use error or invalid shipping address are subject to a non-refundable 35% restocking fee as well as a
$15 documentation fee. A 35% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. This fee along with any other fees will be deducted from your refund via paypal before the final refund is issued.

If your order is "RETURNED" for an invalid address or "REFUSED" and you would like to have it "Re-Shipped" to you, there will be a $25.00 "Re-shipment" fee, a UPS "returned
shipment" fee, and any other UPS "Surcharges" that apply in addition to shipping and handling fees for the reshipment.


Refunds for returns or cores normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the core or part is received we forward it to the manufacturer for inspection and approval. Returned items must be in unused, resaleable condition. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive"credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department for the fastest response. Shipping and handling is not refundable. In all cases the buyer will be 100% responsible for any and all S/H fees associated with the purchase including any and all return shipping fees as well as the initial shipment fee.

All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 48 business hours, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. We are NOT responsible in any way for claims due to damaged or missing merchandise. Buyer is responsible for filing all claims for damaged or missing merchandise Directly to UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS immediately upon receipt of merchandise. All claims with UPS must accompany the original shipment packaging and labels as well as meet ANY and ALL other requirements as determined by UPS.

It is the customers responsibility to make him/herself available, or to provide alternative means to accept package delivery. Once your package leaves our warehouse facility it becomes UPS's responsibility to attempt to deliver your package and your responsibilty is to accept the package. We no longer have control of the package once it has left our warehouse. It is also your responsibility to contact UPS regarding any special delivery arangements at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
