When will my order be shipped?
All orders are "Processed" in the order that they are received. Once you have paid for your item, your order goes "IN LINE" behind any other orders before you to be processed, picked and packed from the warehouse floor, and finally, your package goes through our 3 point inspection process to ensure that your order is accurate and packaged extremely well. Once UPS accepts your address as a VALID UPS RECEIVABLE address, THEN and ONLY THEN is your order shipped via UPS GROUND from our warehouse. At that time a tracking number is generated for your package. As a courtesy, it will be e-mailed to you shortly thereafter. Once your order is ON THE UPS TRUCK (Not once you pay for it) it will take anywhere from 1-4 Business days (M-F - NO Weekends) to arrive at your door. We have a full shipping staff to work on getting orders out the door as quickly (and most important) as ACCURATELY as possible. Please allow for sufficient processing time before your order is "SHIPPED" after the time that your payment is completed and remember, you are not our ONLY customer. Because we have THE BEST prices, the BEST service, THE BEST parts, we can get a little busy at times fulfilling orders. To keep prices low for our customers, we DO NOT offer EXPRESS shipping. UPS wants way too much for this. The safest thing to do is to order the parts ahead of time, NOT wait until it breaks!

If I place my order on a Friday, Sat., or Sun. when will it be processed?
If you placed your order on Friday or over the weekend, which is beyond our normal business hours, your order is then processed on the next available business day in the order received.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CST. Closed on Holiday's.

I placed my order a few days ago and I still do not have a UPS tracking number for my order. Why?
For your convenience, a UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you within "7 BUSINESS DAYS"!! However, your order MAY have already been shipped. Please DO NOT "call or hound us for tracking numbers. For us to continue to offer quality parts at discount prices, our staff is small and VERY BUSY trying to get your orders "OUT THE DOOR" as we feel this is MORE important than a number. If we have to HIRE MORE STAFF to sit answer the phone just for tracking numbers, we would be forced to RAISE OUR PRICES!! We don't want that, we like offering QUALITY parts at DIRT CHEAP PRICES!!! That is why we ask that you allow 7 business days to receive your tracking number. That being said................... Please understand that in MOST cases, even though you haven't received your tracking number yet, your order is likely already on it's way to you! We are very respected sellers with a very good reputation on ebay as well as the forums and other places. Please make sure to unblock us from your spam or junk mail filters!!

My order was refunded, why???
99.999% of all refunded payments are because of ADDRESS ERRORS! If UPS declines, or does NOT verify your address with UPS World ship computers, this will DELAY your order, and could, force us to issue a refund. We can ONLY ship to a UPS receivable address PERIOD. NO EXCEPTIONS! We cannot ship to any of the following: P.O. BOXES, MILITARY BASES, ANYWHERE OUTSIDE of THE CONTINENTAL US, PUERTO RICO, APO Addresses. CANADA

My order arrived and UPS damaged the box/parts. What do I do?
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the UPS driver immediately return to sender. If UPS has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact UPS and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 48 business hours, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. We are NOT responsible in any way for claims due to damaged or missing merchandise. Buyer is responsible for filing all claims for damaged or missing merchandise Directly to UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS immediately upon receipt of merchandise. All claims with UPS must accompany the original shipment packaging and labels as well as meet ANY and ALL other requirements as determined by UPS. It is the customers responsibility to make him/herself available, or to provide alternative means to accept package delivery. Once your package leaves our warehouse facility it becomes UPS's responsibility to attempt to deliver your package and your responsibility is to accept the package. We no longer have control of the package once it has left our warehouse. It is also your responsibility to contact UPS regarding any special delivery arrangements at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
